Hello eve community I come here to warn you about a corp thief named Shadowstrike he was up until yesterday a member of Black Avatar and was recently added to our production team about 2 weeks ago.
Sadly this was a mistake by our part and he cleaned out a industrial load of mineral including iso, noc, zyd, and mega (Thankfully small quantities of the latter) yesterday during a slow time when we had not as many members online.
The loss while large about 300 million or more was not anything that will in anyway cripple Black Avatar and has been replaced allready with abit of work from our members. The betrayel of Trust will hurt us more.
The corp thief in question has now joined Vengence of the fallen a corp that is part of the Curse Alliance and one of there flagship corps, a much respected corp for there prowness in combat.
This is a warning to all inclueding VTOF of the type of person shadowstrike is.

Further to my post at the beginning. black Avatar does not hold VOTF responsable for this we are mearly pointing out that they have accepted a corp thief into there ranks and to realise that leopards never change there spots so to speak.
Black Avatar consider this as just been a post to inform the community in genral about this incident. It is not Black Avatars wish that this thread be turned into a flame war with VTOF and the CA as regards it.
The fact is Shadowstrike is a corp thief he was put into a position with responsabilites and he abused the position and stole from us. As most of the eve community knows the lowest form of life in this game is the corp thief and we are mearly pointing out this scumbag to the community.

Well I am glad you cleared this up for me. Soon as your role had been revoked as you say what type of expliot did you use to get the minerals out of the secure hanger that your role had been revoked from? I think you have kind of sealed your faith with the lie.
As regards Battleships I am not sure of this and had a conversation with your friend Kalek about a apoc lost in kaira to stupidity ie who warps from a gate with sentry guns and CA forces to a planet when the CA fire at you.
He mentioned to me his insurance went weird and his old CEO had recieved a mail from concord saying about the destruction of his ship and he had recieved only 40% of the insurance, he also maintained he paid for platinum insurance also out of his own pocket for the ship and had not recieved the normal amount. He still did recive 40%.
I am not sure if this is the incident you are talking about as regards your apoc soon as you and kalek could access each others accounts I must presume both of the accounts are yours and this is what you mean.
You have lied allready on this forum about what happened your access was removed but yet you could take the minerals from the hanger that your access was removed from.
You lost 2 battleships but got no insurance but you did get insurance you received 40% from the apoc in karia and you have petitioned CCP. Why did you not wait for a answer?
The minerals you stole irrigardless are 80 million more than the cost of the 2 ships because you still recieved 40 million base insurance for each ship.
As regards been ignored on ventrillo and from Black Avatar officers this is absolute bull**** and you know it.
I think soon as all of the corp known as the gentlemens club left Black Avatar on the same day and went to CA corps I can only come to the conclussion that the lot of the gentlemens club joined Black Avatar with the sole purpose of getting the chance to cause this kind of damage.
I think you are a really sad little person who can't put a bit of work into getting what you want and came up with this crap just so you line your own pockets.
I know alot of people in eve might not know me. but I do know alot of people in this game. Alot of them are respected in this game and know me to be a honest person at all times. If XirtamVTOF wishs to contact me in game I will of course talk to him and give him the names of some prominent CA people who will vouch for my honesty. This is only a game and I have no reason to lie about stuff like this. I would hate to see another Corp even one that is a enemy of BA at the best of time's get ripped off by this loser.
My last thing to say is if any other corp is happy to accept you and your friends into there numbers then they are more stupid than I can belive.

Well i have yet to log into the game to find out what has been going on. from the posts so far it seems VOTF has taken care of Shadowstrike and if so then Black Avatar thanks VOTF for there swift response and trust in us to condem this scumbag.
I would like to thank the people woho responed to this thread and listening to us, I would especially like to thank VOTF for taking the time to check our story out and for dealing with this scumbag as he deserves.
Due to the fact not every corporation in eve reads these forums Black Avatar will be keeping a eye on shadowstrike and will be ready to inform the next corp he joins of his previous thieving, be they friends or enimies we dont care we will make sure they know who and what shadowstrike is.
